These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vee Browser ("the app"), developed by KrisKraw. By installing or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Vee Browser, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Vee Browser is a free Android web browser that provides:

• Web browsing with tab isolation
• Bookmark, history, and download management
• Geolocation override (custom location setting)
• AI Facets marketplace for installing JavaScript extensions
• User script support for custom JavaScript injection
• Site permission management
• Dark mode and privacy features

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the app in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the app for any illegal, harmful, or unauthorized purpose
• Not use the geolocation override feature to violate the terms of service of other applications or websites
• Not use AI Facets or user scripts to engage in unauthorized data collection, harassment, or any activity that violates the rights of others
• Accept responsibility for all content you access, download, or interact with through the browser

4. AI Facets and User Scripts

The app allows installation of JavaScript code (facets and user scripts) that runs within web pages:

• Marketplace facets are provided as-is. While we review marketplace submissions, we cannot guarantee that all facets are free from bugs or unintended behavior.
• User-created scripts are your responsibility. You should only install and run scripts from sources you trust.
• Facets and scripts have access to the content of web pages they are configured to match. Use caution when installing scripts that match broad URL patterns.
• We reserve the right to remove facets from the marketplace at any time and for any reason.

5. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

6. Intellectual Property

Vee Browser and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by KrisKraw. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

7. Third-Party Content

Vee Browser provides access to third-party websites and content. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for:

• The content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites
• Any damage or loss caused by your use of or reliance on third-party content
• Map data provided by OpenStreetMap and CartoDB
• Geocoding results from the Nominatim service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The geolocation override feature will work with all websites or applications
• AI Facets or user scripts will function correctly on all websites
• Downloaded files will be free from malware or viruses

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRISKRAW SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the app
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Content or conduct of any third-party websites accessed through the app
• Any facets or user scripts installed or executed through the app

10. Geolocation Feature

The geolocation override feature is provided for privacy and testing purposes. You acknowledge that:

• Using this feature may violate the terms of service of certain websites or applications
• You are solely responsible for how you use this feature
• We are not liable for any consequences arising from your use of location spoofing

11. Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or the facet marketplace at any time without notice.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will be revised accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
